Sales Development Specialist (B2B SaaS)
We're looking for a PH‑based Sales Demo Specialist to run high‑impact product demos for US customers and qualify opportunities that move directly into closing stages.
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B SaaS demo and discovery experience, who is confident speaking with US decision‑makers and enjoys owning early‑stage deal momentum.
You'll be the front‑line conversion engine—responding fast, running structured discovery, delivering confident demos, and handing off qualified opportunities to a Senior Seller (SK).
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads and booked meetings within defined SLAs during US business hours (ET/PT)
- Run structured discovery calls to validate ICP fit, urgency, stakeholders, and success criteria
- Deliver live product demos that map features to real business outcomes (not feature checklists)
- Qualify opportunities using a structured framework (BANT, adapted to our motion)
- Set a clear next step on every qualified call (pilot, pricing, leadership review) and calendar it
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: notes, stages, key fields, and follow‑ups
- Coordinate a clean handoff to the Senior Seller (SK) for late‑stage calls, pricing, and negotiations
- Support basic security and IT questions using approved responses; route complex items as needed
- Partner with Marketing by sharing feedback on lead quality, objections, and messaging resonance
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
- Complete product and demo training
- Run discovery calls and live demos with a consistent structure
- Meet speed‑to‑lead SLAs and maintain 100% CRM documentation
By 60 Days
- Independently run first demos end‑to‑end
- Hit target conversion rates (meeting → demo → next step)
- Contribute to a repeatable demo playbook (talk tracks, objections, follow‑ups)
By 90 Days
- Feed well‑qualified opportunities to the SK with strong context and urgency
- Identify drop‑off reasons and recommend improvements to targeting or messaging
- Own early‑stage pipeline hygiene and reporting
What We're Looking For
Must‑Have
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, BDR, or Demo Specialist roles
- Proven experience running live product demos and structured discovery calls
- Excellent spoken English and confidence engaging US‑based executives
- Ability to work US hours (ET or PT) consistently
- Strong process discipline: CRM hygiene, follow‑ups, and calendar management
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, Calendly, LinkedIn, and email sequences
Nice to Have
- Experience selling or demoing LegalTech or B2B workflow tools
- Exposure to multi‑stakeholder US sales cycles
