Job Description:
The Virtual Property Manager supports field operations remotely by coordinating maintenance, guest issues, and property
readiness. They act as the digital hub between guests, cleaners, inspectors, and vendors — ensuring every property meets
Oceanside's quality and service standards without delay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor property performance, guest feedback, and maintenance tickets in real time.
• Assign and track work orders with cleaners, inspectors, and vendors.
• Verify property readiness before guest arrivals through digital checklists and reporting tools.
• Communicate regularly with local staff to resolve issues and maintain property standards.
• Help document and improve property management processes for scalability.
• Support the Guest Experience and Owner Success teams with accurate operational updates.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with remote-team experience.
• Proficiency with PMS and task management tools.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with excellent follow-through.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable handling multiple moving parts.
• Experience in hospitality operations or short-term rentals preferred.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and processes quickly.
