Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, and contributing to business development efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and contacting prospective customers, nurturing relationships, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve goals. The SDR will work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in Inside Sales and Sales, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development for identifying prospects and driving growth
  • Strong Communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales technologies is a plus
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships across different industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is advantageous
