Job Description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership Mentor, motivate, and guide SDRs to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Conduct
weekly stand-ups, performance reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions. Provide onboarding for
new SDRs to ensure alignment on Esker's tools, messaging, and goals.
Performance Management
Set and track KPIs (calls, emails, qualified meetings, SQLs). Monitor pipeline progress,
responsiveness, and activity quality. Quickly address shortfalls and realign team focus.
Strategy Implementation & Optimisation
Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to fine-tune outreach strategies, messaging,
cadences, and scripts. Analyse performance data to pinpoint and apply process improvements.
Hands-On Contribution
Maintain a quota of Inbound leads & outbound outreachcalls, emails, video callsto ensure
lead generation continues alongside leadership duties.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing for feedback on inbound lead quality and prioritisation. Ensure
seamless lead handoff to BDM's and partners, tracking results and outcomes.
Reporting & Analysis
Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards on activity, pipeline volume, and outcomes. Use insights to
advise management and refine team strategy.

Outstanding communication in English verbal and written
Organised with good time management
Accuracy and attention to detail
Self-starter able to work autonomously
Problem solver proactive in identifying and addressing issues
Adaptable and comfortable in fast paced, scalable environments

Team Player collaborates well in matrix organization structure
Digitally savvy including AI
Data-driven mindset
Familiar with CRMs (eg Salesforce) sales engagement tools (SalesLoft, Sales Navigator,
Linked In, Qualified) and reporting
Educational Requirements :
Completion of Higher Secondary Education
Completion of relevant Tertiary Degree preferred
Essential Experience :
Proven success as an SDR or in sales development ideally with a strong track record in
outbound prospecting
At least 1-2 years in a player-coach or supervisory role managing individual contributors in
remote locations
Experience in selling / dealing with financial software solutions highly regarded
