Responsibilities
Oversees Back-selling Operation (30%)
1. Establishes and maintains database of accounts and end-users
2. Determines ideal visit frequencies for each account
3. Monitors progress of projects
4. Assesses and recommends improvements on operations
Conducts business developments (25%)
1. Maintains and taps new accounts for Rezostar products.
2. Provides Marketing with information on new market segments to tap and ways to penetrate new markets
3. Proposes activities and projects to improve relationships and rapport with existing clients
Submission of quality and accurate reports (25%)
1. Daily Call Plan
2. Daily Visit Report
3. Weekly Project Progress Report
4. Monthly target Achievement Report
5. Visit Frequency Report
6. Price Maps and other reports about competitive situation
Provides marketing support to Brands, Marketing, and Management (10%)
1. Support marketing activities like trade shows, product presentations and other marketing promotions.
2. Provide pertinent information about market trend, behavior, demographics, buying pattern, competitors information and other information that will help marketing in formulating strategies
Provision of good customer care (10%)
1. Provide clients with consultancy of what products to use
2. Coordinate and address concerns of the clients to Marketing with regard to product issues and concerns and Sales Dept. for services, delivery concerns
