Sales Development Representative (South Africa based)

We're looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa to join our growing team.

If you have a passion for sales, enjoy building relationships, and have a proven track record of generating leads or booking appointments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

Generate qualified leads and book appointments

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships

Accurately update CRM records and sales activities

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve campaign goals

Requirements

✔ Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or business development

✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

✔ Confident, professional, and self-motivated

✔ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
