About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven IT Managed Services Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, offer solutions to businesses IT problems, and help build our organization to the next level. Each week, you will reach out to several hundred new leads and follow up with existing prospects. Prior related experience is preferred but not required; we are here to help build the future, not the past.

Please note:
- This is a fully remote, full-timecontract position which will work according to a GMT-7 business hours schedule. You may be based anywhere as long as you possess the work ethic, professional qualities, equipment, and reliable Internet needed to work the schedule remotely, respond promptly, and deliver results.
- Bilingual English verbal and written communication are required, C2 or Native level, as you will be communicating with English-speaking coworkers and potential customers. Interviews and work will be in English. You must apply with an English resume/CV to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective business customers which fit desired customer profiles
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels to reach and cultivate prospective customers
- Initiate conversations, schedule appointments, and help conduct discovery meetings to identify customer goals and technology needs
- Learn, understand, and be able to explain and help sell the company's managed IT products and services, including systems and cloud, networking, security, desktop support, backup, and colocation.
- Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple communication attempts and channels.
- Confirm meetings and reduce no-shows through appropriate follow-up
- Provide salesmen with relevant information before customer meetings
- Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records on leads, stages, and notes
- Report on prospecting activity, conversations, meetings, opportunities, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings
- Meet or exceed contact, appointment, and sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful IT B2B sales experience, preferably for a Managed Service Provider (Preferred)
- A basic understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, or other technology services, or a broad knowledge of these areas
- Proven record of consistently exceeding sales quotas or other KPIs, not necessarily within sales
- Self-motivated, hardworking, organized, fearless on the phone, and results-driven
- C2 or Native English

- Number of customers brought in
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Qualified meetings held
- Opportunity-to-meeting conversion
Compensation and Benefits:
This position will be eligible for base salary plus bonuses on closed deals beyond quota. Base salary for this position is expected fall between $800 and $1,250 per month; total compensation for achieving quotas is expected to earn you $1,250 to $1,600, and strong results can achieve $2,500+.
Contractors who complete the first 90 days of employment will be eligible for Paid Time Off of up to 10 vacation/personal days, 5 sick days, birthdays off, and 8US holidays each year.
