Sales Development Representative (SDR) US Market

Our Client

Our client is a US-based B2B technology company providing secure, compliance-focused QR and access verification solutions for enterprise customers. Their platform is commonly used in regulated and compliance-sensitive environments, supporting use cases such as secure access control, identity verification, audit trails, and data privacy workflows.

Their customers include enterprise, regulated industries, and compliance-driven teams across the US market.

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Working Hours: US Time Zones

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales activities targeting US-based enterprise and regulated customers. This role focuses on prospecting, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and booking meetings for the sales team.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong US outbound SDR experience who are comfortable engaging decision-makers in compliance-aware or regulated sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Engage US-based decision-makers and clearly communicate product value
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate lead activity and notes in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Participate in live intro or discovery calls when required
  • Consistently meet monthly activity and pipeline targets
  • Navigate longer or compliance-sensitive sales cycles professionally

Must-Have Requirements

  • 13+ years of experience as an SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (US market exposure required)
  • Strong spoken English with clear, neutral-to-American accent
  • Proven experience in outbound sales to US-based companies
  • Comfortable working US time zones
  • Confident handling live calls and video meetings
  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong objection handling, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working remotely

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience selling SaaS or B2B technology
  • Exposure to regulated industries, compliance-heavy environments, or data privacy products
  • Experience interacting with legal, compliance, or risk stakeholders
  • Familiarity with longer or enterprise-level sales cycles
