Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves generating high-quality leads, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities include prospecting new leads, conducting outreach through calls and email campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development skills to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Strong Lead Generation expertise to develop and maintain robust pipelines
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, to engage prospects effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales prospecting tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT solutions or technical sales is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
