Job Description

Our client is a leading global Managed Services and Cloud Operations provider specializing in delivering 24/7 support, DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, and application support for mission-critical digital platforms. Working with high-growth technology businesses, SaaS companies, agencies, and enterprise clients, they help organizations maintain uptime, scalability, security, and performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

As they continue to expand globally, they are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help build pipeline and engage technology leaders who are seeking best-in-class managed cloud and support solutions.

The Role

The SDR will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting the sales team in driving new business growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience selling Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, AWS Services, IT Services, DevOps Solutions, or SaaS products into technical stakeholders.

You will be targeting decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, Infrastructure Leaders, DevOps Managers, and Technology Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers within target industries and accounts.
  • Qualify opportunities through discovery conversations and needs analysis.
  • Book meetings and generate pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
  • Develop relationships with technical and business decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants.
  • Stay informed on cloud technologies, managed services, and industry trends.

Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following:
  • Managed Services
  • AWS Solutions
  • Cloud Infrastructure
  • DevOps Services
  • IT Services
  • SaaS Solutions
  • Hosting Services
  • Technology Consulting Services
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings and sales pipeline.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Preferred

  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
  • Experience selling into technology, SaaS, digital, or enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Cloud Consulting business models.
