Role Overview
Try & Review is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a SaaS, technology, managed services, or outsourced services environment and will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects that fit our target customer profile.
As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline, creating meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and generating qualified opportunities for the Sales and Account Management teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and research prospective clients across target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, buying signals, and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate meetings and sales opportunities.
Lead Qualification- Understand prospect pain points, business objectives, and operational challenges.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and buyer personas.
- Schedule discovery meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the relevant sales team members.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and activities within the CRM.
Sales & Pipeline Management- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
- Track and report on pipeline development activities, conversion rates, and prospect engagement.
- Follow up diligently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Support proposal preparation and sales presentations when required.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence- Work closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Share prospect feedback and market insights to support business growth initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Previous experience working in a SaaS company and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment required.
- Proven track record of generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Experience engaging decision-makers such as Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Digital Marketing Leaders, Customer Experience Leaders, or C-level executives.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS platforms, technology solutions, managed services, customer experience solutions, or market research services.
- Experience working in an international and remote environment.
