Job Description

A fast-growing SaaS company in the HR Tech space is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify customer needs.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.
