Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities including prospect research, cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent lead generation efforts.
Identify and research prospective customers through outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Account Managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
Stay informed about company products, industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges.
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and prospect insights.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects or incomplete units
1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, GCRM, or similar.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
Preferred
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
