Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities including prospect research, cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent lead generation efforts.
  • Identify and research prospective customers through outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
  • Stay informed about company products, industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and prospect insights.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects or incomplete units
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, GCRM, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
