The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new customer acquisition for our client. This is a high-energy, high-impact opportunity to grow your sales career within a fast-paced tech company.

The ideal candidate is a hunter who is confident on the phone, quick-thinking, and coachable. If you have the grit to handle objections, the persistence to maintain high activity levels, and the ability to deliver an engaging pitch, we want you on our team. You will be the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying key decision-makers and turning cold prospects into warm opportunities.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct persistent outbound prospecting to targeted leads, with a primary focus on cold calling (99% dials).
  • Lead Qualification: Communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to help them close accounts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prospect Research: Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify the right internal stakeholders.
  • CRM Management: Use Salesforce for meticulous lead and pipeline management, as well as sales forecasting.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to optimizing our sales development approach and participate in ongoing training and knowledge sharing.
  • Quota Management: Consistently deliver against a quota of qualified leads and set meetings.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • 80 Dials per day
  • 3 Meetings booked per day
  • 30 Held Meeting Units (Monthly Quota)

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1+ years of professional work experience.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a smart, confident phone presence.
  • Resilience: Assertive, persistent, and persuasive, with the ability to overcome objections and rejections daily.
  • Mindset: A determined, self-accountable owner mindset with a drive to exceed weekly goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn new software/tools quickly and contribute to a fast-moving sales environment.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have prior experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role.
  • You have a background in Hospitality, Software (SaaS), or Sales.
  • You have hands-on experience qualifying leads and managing a Salesforce pipeline.
  • You are a master listener who can pivot a conversation based on prospect needs.

Salary Range: $6 - $8/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
