Qualifications:
- With 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Manager, or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of setting and hitting ambitious goals (sales, sport, side hustle, or similar)
- Naturally curious with confidence in asking questions and comfort making outbound phone calls
- Resourceful and adaptable — thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments
- Excited by AI and motivated to be part of a team building the future of sales
- Coachable with a strong desire to develop sales skills
- Experience working with international clients or companies (outside PH) is an advantage
