Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) Full-Time

We're looking for a highly motivated and reliable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. Your main responsibilities will be to manage responses from outbound campaigns, conduct cold calls, follow up with leads across multiple channels, and report on performance.

This is a remote position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven ability to deliver consistent results.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role that requires availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST), 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to replies from outbound email campaigns within 12 hours.
  • Make 30 cold calls per day to prospects who haven't replied via email.
  • Conduct multi-channel follow-ups (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) with interested leads.
  • Submit consistent daily and weekly performance reports.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

  • Book a minimum of 15 qualified meetings per month.

Note: The offers you'll be promoting are low-priced or free trials. A dedicated closer will handle the remainder of the sales process once a meeting is booked.

Compensation:

  • Base Retainer: 34,000/month
  • Commission: 1,400 per qualified meeting booked
  • Performance Bonus: If you meet the monthly KPI, your base retainer will be increased to 45,000/month the following month.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Must be consistently punctual reliability and on-time performance are essential.
  • Clear and neutral (or American) accent is required; applicants with a strong regional or Filipino accent will not be considered.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a small, collaborative team.
