Your Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and supporting prospects currently in trial to help them convert into long-term customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in sales and grow within a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social touches to set qualified meetings and initiate product trials
  • Manage inbound leads from trial accounts - helping users with account questions, ensuring a smooth experience, and guiding them toward purchase.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through strong follow-up and rapport building
  • Identify customer pain points, communicate value propositions, and support prospects through the sales process over the phone
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and assist in closing deals
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and ensure pipeline data is updated
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and conversion targets
  • Stay informed on product features and industry trends to position solutions effectively
