Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support continued growth across Southeast Asia. This fully remote role will focus on identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across the region and generating qualified sales opportunities for the regional sales team.
As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities. Working closely with both the sales and marketing teams, you will conduct outbound outreach, engage potential customers through digital channels, and help introduce the company's identity assurance solutions to organizations across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers across Southeast Asia through proactive outreach including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement
- Generate and qualify leads by identifying organizations with potential interest in identity verification and authentication solutions
- Introduce the company's platform and capabilities to prospective customers and schedule meetings for the regional sales team
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to support regional revenue targets
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on targeted outreach campaigns and demand-generation initiatives
- Apply modern go-to-market strategies, including account-based outreach and campaign-driven lead generation
- Track and manage lead activity, outreach performance, and pipeline development using CRM and sales intelligence tools
- Maintain accurate reporting on outreach activity, meetings generated, and pipeline progress
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to support regional sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience, Skills & Profile
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, including inbound and outbound prospecting, ideally in enterprise technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments
- Strong interest in building a career in enterprise software sales
- Familiarity with modern go-to-market strategies, including account-based marketing and demand-generation campaigns
- Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Ability to independently manage outreach activities, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting in a remote work environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clearly articulate value propositions
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and developing opportunities
- Experience working within Southeast Asian markets, particularly in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, or digital platforms
- Knowledge of identity verification, authentication technologies, or identity and access management is a plus
