As demand for digital quality systems grows, we are expanding our go-to-market team - and we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us scale pipeline and fuel our next stage of growth.
The Sales Development Representative is on the front lines of our sales organization. You'll be responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and creating high-quality meeting opportunities for our Account Executives.

About the Job
Inbound Lead Handling
Own initial engagement with inbound leads (demo requests, content downloads, webinar attendees, etc.)
Respond quickly to new inquiries (speed to lead mindset)
Conduct discovery to understand needs, challenges, and fit
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and customer education activities within Pipedrive CRM.
Qualification & Meeting Setting
Qualify leads against SimplerQMS's ideal customer profile (industry fit, regulatory needs, company size, tech stack, etc.)
Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Prepare AEs with relevant notes and context before handoff
Pipeline Nurturing
Maintain organized pipelines and lead statuses in our CRM
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Nurture partially qualified leads until they are ready to meet Sales
Re-engage cold leads/opps to increase conversion
Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing to understand campaign performance and feedback from the field
Support Sales Leadership with insights from conversations and lead trends
Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and market signals
Tools & Systems
Use Pipedrive (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach/engagement tools
Maintain high standards of data hygiene and activity tracking
Adopt and follow sales processes consistently
Qualifications
1-2+ years in an SDR, customer-facing, or sales-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Comfortable qualifying prospects following BANT sales methodology
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn about Life Science quality systems
Positive attitude, energy, and resilience
A self-starter who thrives in a growing, fast-paced SaaS environment
Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or Life Sciences industries
Knowledge of CRM tools
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms
