About the Role

The LinkedIn Appointment Setter and Outreach and Nurture Specialist is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of qualified meetings for the Business Development team. You will manage outreach activities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, nurture conversations on LinkedIn, conduct short introduction calls, and book qualified prospects into our BDM calendar.

This role keeps the outreach pipeline running smoothly and ensures no opportunities are missed.

There are also clear pathways for growth and promotion. High performing team members may progress into senior outreach roles, client facing positions, or broader sales and operations roles with higher responsibility and higher pay.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage LinkedIn outreach activities

* Build, update, and maintain high quality prospect lists.

* Nurture conversations and respond quickly to inbound messages.

* Build rapport and guide prospects toward booking calls.

* Conduct short introductory vetting calls with prospects.

* Assess fit and readiness then book qualified leads into the BDM calendar.

* Maintain accurate reporting across outreach, conversations, and bookings.

* Communicate breakdowns or issues promptly.

What Success Looks Like

* Consistent weekly DM outreach.

* Strong funnel of active nurtures and conversations.

* Qualified call bookings each week.

* High attendance rate for booked calls.

* Smooth coordination with the BDM and marketing team.

* High responsiveness and ownership of daily execution.

Skills and Experience

* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

* Confidence managing multiple rep accounts and outreach sequences.

* Familiarity with CRMs and Google Sheets.

* Clear, confident English communication.

* Comfortable on video calls and short phone conversations.

* Highly organised and reliable.

* Emotionally aware and able to read tone in conversations.
