Job Description

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and determine if our solution is a good fit.
  • Optimizes lead generation and conversion of DEVTAC
  • Set up appointments and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
  • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, and other sales-related efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Pipeline & CRM Management
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to optimize lead conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
