The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving company growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads provided by the lead generation team, setting appointments, and driving the initial phases of the sales process
- Make a high volume of daily calls to potential clients, demonstrating persistence and resilience in handling rejection
- Quickly learn the basics of our software products to effectively articulate their value during calls
- Provide detailed feedback to the lead generation team on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of marketing strategies, suggesting improvements based on customer interactions

Minimum Requirements
