We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help identify and engage enterprise decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, and support pipeline growth across key global markets.
The Role
This is a strategic outbound prospecting role, focused on supporting enterprise sales rather than high-volume transactional selling.
You will work closely with leadership and Business Development to research target companies, identify relevant decision-makers, and initiate conversations that lead to qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
The role requires strong research skills, thoughtful outreach, and a consultative approach to engaging senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target organizations that could benefit from enablesGROUP's consulting, outsourcing, and managed service solutions
- Identify relevant decision-makers within operations, customer experience, technology, and executive leadership teams
- Execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Personalize outreach to reflect each organization's industry, operational challenges, and potential opportunities for optimization
- Qualify initial interest and schedule meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain organized prospect lists and track outreach activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting strategies and messaging
- Continuously improve prospecting processes and outreach effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting within a B2B environment
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify relevant decision-makers in complex organizations
- Excellent written communication skills and professional outreach capability
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including operations leaders and executives
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage prospecting pipelines independently
Highly Advantageous
- Experience prospecting for consulting, outsourcing, IT services, or professional services organizations
- Exposure to enterprise sales environments with longer deal cycles
- Experience targeting companies in the US, UK, or Australian markets
