Job Overview

Join a performance-focused sales environment where you will engage potential clients, set high-quality appointments, and support a growing portraitsfocused project. You'll be handling outbound outreach, guiding conversations confidently, and integrating seamlessly with existing workflows and tools to help the client reach their business goals.

Salary

  • Php 35,000 monthly(this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in a B2B environment to set qualified appointments.
  • Establish rapport quickly and carry out persuasive yet professional conversations.
  • Overcome objections while maintaining a positive, confident tone.
  • Provide daily reports on call activities and confirmed appointments.
  • Integrate smoothly with the client's tools, systems, and workflow processes.

Work Schedule

  • Graveyard shift

  • Required: Excellent verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
  • Required: Experience in B2B outbound appointment setting or a related sales role.
  • Required: Strong ability to guide conversations toward successful appointment outcomes.
