Sales Dev't Representative (Personal Lines Insurance & Medicare)

Position: Personal Lines Insurance and Medicare callers

Work Setup: Remote / Philippines based only

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Insurance Callers with a background in either Personal Lines Insurance and/or Medicare to join our team.

The ideal candidate is confident making outbound calls, engaging prospects, identifying their insurance needs, handling objections, and generating qualified leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Engage prospects regarding Personal Lines Insurance and/or Medicare
• Qualify prospects based on their needs and eligibility
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Handle common objections professionally
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead information in the CRM
• Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every call

Requirements

• Previous experience in Personal Lines Insurance and/or Medicare calling
• Experience with cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Good understanding of insurance terminology and customer needs
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Reliable internet connection and professional home-office setup
