About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Cold Caller with hands-on Allstate Property & Casualty (P&C) personal lines experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in insurance outbound calling, understands personal lines products, and is confident speaking with prospects, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Engage prospects regarding Allstate P&C personal lines insurance
• Qualify prospects based on their insurance needs
• Generate leads and set qualified appointments
• Handle objections and maintain professional conversations
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Accurately update lead and call information in the CRM
• Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets
  

Requirements

• Previous experience with Allstate P&C personal lines is highly preferred
• Proven experience in insurance cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Confident handling objections and difficult conversations
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and professional home-office setup
