ROLE DESCRIPTION

Sales Designer – Luxury Furniture & Architectural Systems

We are looking for a design-driven and technically knowledgeable Sales Designer to join our team in Makati, Metro Manila. This full-time, on-site role combines luxury furniture sales with architectural product consultation, particularly for premium doors, wall panels, and interior systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in architecture or interior design, a keen appreciation for luxury furniture, and the ability to translate client requirements into beautiful, functional, and technically appropriate design solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with homeowners, architects, and interior designers; conducting showroom presentations and site visits; reviewing architectural plans and technical drawings; recommending furniture selections, layouts, materials, and finishes; and preparing quotations, product specifications, and visual presentations.

For architectural products, the role requires an understanding of dimensions, installation requirements, construction details, and technical coordination. For furniture, the Sales Designer will guide clients through product selection, space planning, customization options, and material combinations to create cohesive interiors.

The Sales Designer will manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing and order follow-through, working closely with internal teams, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a seamless client experience. The role also supports showroom merchandising, brand presentations, and events showcasing Casa Bella's collections.

This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who enjoys working with world-class furniture and architectural brands while combining creative expertise, technical knowledge, and relationship-driven sales.

  • Architectural & Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural drawings, dimensions, construction details, materials, finishes, and installation requirements, particularly for doors, wall panels, and interior architectural systems.
  • Interior Design & Furniture Expertise: Good understanding of furniture proportions, space planning, material coordination, and interior styling, with the ability to recommend products that complement a client's architectural and design vision.
