Job description:

A detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to support our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This role is focused on building and maintaining automation-driven workflows, ensuring clean and reliable data, and delivering accurate, actionable reporting across systems.

Ideal role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through data, automation, and light-to-moderate coding, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and maintain CRM workflows, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and automations
  • Build and enhance automation logic using custom scripting (e.g., Java Script, Python, Deluge)
  • Manage data imports, exports, segmentation, validation, and hygiene across HubSpot/CRM and integrated systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable automated solutions
  • Identify data inconsistencies, bottlenecks, and integration gaps; recommend improvements
  • Support campaign, pipeline, and performance reporting with accurate and timely data
  • Configure and test integrations and automations (e.g., APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Slack workflows)
  • Assist in documenting workflows, automation logic, and SOPs for operational continuity

Minimum Requirements:

HubSpot Expertise (Core Requirement)

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Workflows, Custom Properties, Lists, Reports, and Dashboards
  • Experience with HubSpot automation, including custom-coded actions, workflow logic, and data lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of HubSpot data architecture, object relationships, and pipeline configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot data issues, workflow errors, and automation dependencies within HubSpot

Other Technical & Coding Skills (Automation-Focused)

  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Exposure to Google Apps Script for workflow or reporting automation

Data Management & Reporting

  • Hands-on experience with data imports/exports, deduplication, segmentation, and cleanup
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for analysis and documentation

Technical Agility

  • Quick to learn new systems, tools, and SOPs
  • Comfortable experimenting, testing, and iterating on automation setups

Analytical Mindset

  • Ability to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and integrity
  • Understanding of how metrics connect across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Experience with Deluge scripting or similar automation scripting within Zoho
  • Solid understanding of automation logic, data flow, and system dependencies
  • Familiarity with Aircall, Slack, or Zapier.
  • Experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Customer Success Ops.
  • Exposure to SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau for cross-platform analytics.
  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights or visual stories.
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation (basic to intermediate)

What to expect (pay):

  • Full-time
  • Permanent remote or work-from-home set-up
  • Probationary (3 months): $1300 USD per month
  • Non-Probationary: Base Pay of $1500 USD per month plus quarterly incentives up to $400 USD (based on performance)
  • PTO policy: 45 hrs every 6 mos
  • 1 month's notice for each week of PTO
  • 2 weeks notice for anything less than 1 week of PTO
  • Notify your manager before your shift for sick days
  • Medical certificate required for sick leave exceeding 3 consecutive days
