Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input and verify sales data
- Prepare basic sales reports
- Maintain confidentiality and meet deadline
- Support the stakeholders with ad-hoc data requests
Qualifications:
- 12 years experience in data entry, sales support, or administrative roles
- Detail-oriented, with basic proficient in Excel/Google Sheets or similar data processing tools
- Good communication skills for coordinating with sales/ finance teams
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or related field - Associate/vocational course acceptable with experience
Work Experience Requirements:
- Certifications in MS Excel, data analytics fundamentals, or bookkeeping are an advantage
- Prior experience handling sales or financial data preferred
Work Schedule: 9AM-6PM
