Sales Customer Service Representative

Reon International Industries Co., Ltd. is looking for motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Customer Service Representatives. This role combines customer support with active sales responsibilities, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship building, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Actively prospect and develop new customers through outbound outreach
• Follow up with leads and potential clients to generate sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Meet daily customer contact targets and sales activity goals
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
  
  

Qualification

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in customer engagement, outreach, and sales conversations
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and discipline
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development is an advantage
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to 25,000.00 + Commission + Performance Bonuses
• Working Schedules: Monday - RTO / Tuesday to Friday - WFH / Saturday & Sunday - Rest Day
