We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% work-from-home capacity. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with automotive inquiries over the phone and providing expert product guidance.
Working Hours & Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday through Saturday. The shift follows USA Eastern Standard Time (EST):
- USA Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (EST)
- Weekend Status: Sundays Off.
Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Communication: Handle inbound calls and written inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Expert Consultation: Help customers identify the correct car parts and products for their specific vehicle needs.
- Sales & Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our system.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Team Support: Work closely with the team to provide a seamless experience for every caller.
Qualifications
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (Speaking and Writing).
- Automotive Expertise: A strong, working knowledge of cars and car parts is required.
- Remote Work Environment: You must have a dedicated, quiet home office space and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Reliability: Since this is a remote role, we require a professional who is disciplined and punctual for their shift.
