Qualifications

• New graduates looking to start a career in healthcare are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field but with a science background is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in any medical science, allied health, or related field, such as: Nursing, Biology, Medical Biology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Pharmacy, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Food Technology, Sports Science, or similar
• Experience in medical devices is an advantage but not required
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple, clear terms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Customer-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• In charge of all sales transactions for various accounts and projects.
• Process supplier accreditation required by clients.
• Assist customers with product usage and best practices
• Provide application and technical support for medical devices/equipment
• Support sales activities (demos, trainings, events)
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams
