Qualifications
- New graduates looking to start a career in healthcare are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field but with a science background is an advantage.
- Bachelors Degree in any medical science, allied health, or related field, such as: Nursing, Biology, Medical Biology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Pharmacy, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Food Technology, Sports Science, or similar
- Experience in medical devices is an advantage but not required
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple, clear terms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Customer-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Duties And Responsibilities
- In charge of all sales transactions for various accounts and projects.
- Process supplier accreditation required by clients.
- Assist customers with product usage and best practices
- Provide application and technical support for medical devices/equipment
- Support sales activities (demos, trainings, events)
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams
