CRM Leads & Proposal Checking

  • Managing customer relation management (CRM) leads and verifying proposals to ensure they meet company standards and align with sales objectives. This involves tracking potential clients and reviewing submitted proposals for accuracy and completeness.

Sales Activities Coordination

  • Updates and monitors the sales calendar and coordinates with the admin for vehicle usage.
  • Updates the weekly sales reports of the Department.
  • Assist the immediate superior on the report preparations.

Coordination of Closed Sales

  • Overseeing the transition from a closed sale to fulfillment. This includes ensuring all necessary steps are completed after a sale is finalized, such as confirming delivery or service agreements.
  • Project Monitoring to have a proper planning for the projected installation training requests.

Coordination of Product Pick-Up

  • Organizing the logistics for product pick-up, including working with customers or internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product retrieval.

EDS, Sales, and Plant Coordination

  • Facilitating communication and alignment between the EDS (Engineering, Design Services), the sales team, and the production plant. This ensures that sales, production, and engineering are on the same page regarding timelines and project requirements.

Special Assignments

  • Handling various ad-hoc or project-based tasks as assigned. These could range from problem-solving initiatives to handling unique or urgent company needs.
