Your Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will:

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Commercial Director to support all activities required for the achievement of sales targets.

  • Following up on customer enquiries
  • Keeping in touch with customers via email and telephone calls and MS Teams calls.
  • Outreach to potential customers via LinkedIn and email.
  • Following up on prospecting emails sent via a CRM, identifying which emails customers have engaged with.
  • Keeping the CRM up to date with any notes from customer engagements.
  • Generally helping with sales administration and customer contact.
  • Follow up with the Business Development database built in spreadsheets.
  • Attend and contribute the client and prospect teams presentation calls.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (for email and phone calls).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., for logging notes and identifying engagement).
  • Familiarity with professional social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn). Previous experience in a similar sales/account management, customer focussed B2B role
  • Prior experience in a sales support, sales administration, or B2B customer service role
