Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator (ID4654)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: 5 day work (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat) 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary:$2500-$2800
Job Scope (Responsibilities):
. Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
. Liaise with clients directly if there's delivery or stock issues
. Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement
. Prepare packing list for warehouse
. Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in
. Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
. Daily sales report submission
. Mailing invoices to clients
. Filing of invoices
. Preparing of sticker labelling
