Job Description

The Sales Contact Supervisor leads a team responsible for outbound outreach and consultation bookings across MFGC's three brands. The team handles fresh leads, non-purchasers, and dormant clients through Viber, Facebook Messenger, SMS, and calls. The role focuses on driving bookings, improving show-up rates, and increasing re-engagement conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Lead Management

  • Oversee daily outbound activities across messaging platforms and calls
  • Ensure the right messaging, timing, and channel are used per audience type
  • Monitor contact rates, bookings, and show-up performance
  • Ensure all lead details and interactions are properly logged in the CRM

Re-engagement & Conversion

  • Manage outreach strategies for fresh leads, non-purchasers, and dormant clients
  • Ensure agents tailor conversations based on client history and objections
  • Develop and maintain audience-specific scripts and workflows

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Supervise daily team operations and assign lead lists based on priorities
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, daily huddles, and quality audits
  • Train and onboard new agents across booking and re-engagement functions

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Track and report key metrics including contact rates, bookings, show-up rates, and re-engagement conversions
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and operational discipline across the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing, conversion-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing teams with measurable sales, booking, or acquisition targets
  • Experience in outbound customer engagement through calls, messaging, or digital channels
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and analytical skills
  • Organized and process-oriented with experience creating scripts or workflows
  • Experience in service-based or appointment-driven environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Viber, Messenger, and SMS workflows
  • Experience handling re-engagement or win-back campaigns
  • Exposure to multi-brand or multi-product operations
