Sales Consultants (US MARKET) - Full Time Onsite Cebu

We are looking for passionate Sales Consultants who are motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, to help authors from USA promote and publish their books.

Not familiar with publishing Don't worry. If you have strong sales experience and a customer-first mindset, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Contact and bridge the gap between the aspiring authors and our publishing and related services
• Learn and understand each author's goals and develop tailored solutions accordingly
• Ensure consistent prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship-building to have a healthy sales pipeline
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Actively collaborate with other teams
• Connect with authors and build a trusting relationship along the way

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of sales experience (B2C or B2B in media, real estate, insurance, telco, and other related industries)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• High-level confidence in selling over the phone to international clients
• Proven experience in closing B2C sales
• Experienced or comfortable in working with customers in the US markets
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City on USA schedules (night shift)
• Resilient under pressure and adaptive to objections
• Familiar with quotas and working on tight deadlines
