Sales Consultant

Job Overview

The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling vehicles, assisting customers throughout the sales process, and achieving sales targets. The role includes handling customer inquiries, presenting vehicle options, conducting test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service from inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; automotive experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of financing and sales processes is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and required documents.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
• Ensure proper vehicle handover and after-sales follow-up.
• Stay updated on vehicle models, promotions, and competitors.
