Job Description

The Sales Consultant for E-Commerce is responsible for driving online sales by engaging potential customers, optimizing digital sales channels, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

This role includes managing product listings, monitoring inventory, reviewing sales data, and providing excellent customer support to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, while ensuring stock availability and preventing discrepancies.
  • Process and manage sales orders through the system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Guide customers through the online buying process, offering personalized product recommendations and addressing inquiries to increase conversions.
  • Utilize digital channels (social media, email, live chat, and marketplaces) to attract, engage, and acquire new customers.
  • Review daily sales activities and customer trends to suggest improvements for better results.
  • Provide exceptional online customer service by promptly handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and optimize strategies for improved performance.
  • Experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Experience in online sales and inventory systems is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Office applications.
