To engage and cater to member concerns and needs
Enforce pre-opening sales policies and procedure
Create an inviting and welcoming experience for all the members and future Members
Effectively meet and surpass sales targets
Oversee the effective execution of member acquisition strategies.
Design and implement promotional strategies to attract new members.
Ensure that all administrative requirements are met in a timely fashion.
Ensure optimal self-management for optimal cost-effective performance.
Keep membership paperwork in order.
Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.

Proficient in MS Office Applications
Canva/Photoshop Knowledge (an advantage)
Video editing (an advantage)
Can speak and understand Mandarin (an advantage)
