Job Description

The Field Sales Representative will manage customer relationships within an assigned territory, ensuring a seamless sales process, fostering long-term relationships, and driving business growth. You will represent Central Lumber Corporations products and services, contributing to expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product expertise and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements And Skills

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • Field sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Holds a Professional License to drive 2-wheeled vehicles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in sales
