Brief Summary
We are seeking a polished, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to represent our premium automotive brand. You will deliver world-class service, guide clients through every step of the buying journey, and embody the elegance, performance, and excellence our brand stands for. Ideal candidates have experience in luxury sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for high-end vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients professionally, understand their lifestyle and requirements, and recommend the most suitable models and configuration
- Deliver expert product presentations, highlight design, technology, and performance features, and conduct personalized test drives
- Guide customers through financing, leasing, insurance, and accessory options, ensuring clear and transparent discussion
- Manage the entire sales process: from inquiry, negotiation, and order placement to delivery and after-sales follow-up
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system, nurture leads, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while consistently meeting high customer satisfaction standard
- Stay updated on new models, brand innovations, market trends, and competitor offerings through regular training
- Represent the brand at events, launches, and client gatherings; uphold professional appearance and etiquette at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; background in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- At least 1–2 years experience in luxury automotive, premium retail, hospitality, or high-value sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English (local language is an advantage)
- Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and strong customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; confident and skilled driver
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; tech-savvy and eager to learn brand systems
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
