Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coach to develop, mentor, and guide our Upsell team in achieving their targets and maximizing performance. The Sales Coach will provide training, feedback, and strategies to strengthen selling skills, improve customer engagement, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and shadowing.
  • Assess individual and team sales performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement: Quality of Pitch assessment
  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to enhance skills in prospecting, negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and create personalized development plans.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in sales techniques.
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer, or Sales Lead preferred.
  • Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and feedback skills.
