Position Title: Sales Closer VA

Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)

Starting Hours: 10 hours per week

We're seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to take the lead on client outreach and lead engagement. This role combines light administrative support with a strong focus on sales calls and helping move prospects toward closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients
• Follow up with potential clients and schedule consultations
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools
• Support the team with light admin tasks as needed
• Close deals and meet monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales closing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident phone presence with proven success in outbound calling
• Proficient with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar platforms)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up management
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Open to learning and adapting to new tools, systems, and workflows
