Duties And Responsibilities

Financial

Performs services to achieve individual and overall sales target

Consistently comply with the standards to minimize expenses such as utilities, supplies and the like.

Monitors supplies to ensure that usage is within budget compliance.

Customer

Provides services in accordance with the customer service standards.

Carries out tasks in accordance with the brand image such as minor hair styling and blow drying.

Internal Process

Complies with the standard waiting and service time duration.

Assist in monitoring of stock inventory and records the proper usage of hair clinic products

Assists in preparing reports on the usage of hair clinic products.

Learning and Growth

Complies with the given schedule.

Attends and participates actively in training and workshops.

Ensures that the facilities are well maintained (Hair clinic appearance and cleanliness).

Monitors supplies including but not limited to towel, etc.

Vocational Course

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in the same capacity is an advantage.

Must be knowledgeable in using a hair blow dryer
