Job Description

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales Capability Manager on behalf of a pharmaceutical company based in Quezon City. The role will build and maintain a consistently high-performing field force by establishing clear capability standards and implementing structured onboarding, coaching, and professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish capability standards by defining role-based competencies and minimum execution standards to support consistent performance and operational excellence.
  • Manage onboarding and certification activities through structured onboarding pathways, skills assessments, and role-based certification and re-certification programs.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs based on organizational needs, performance gaps, and business priorities, while ensuring effective application of learning in the field.
  • Institutionalize a coaching framework by establishing coaching standards, processes, tools, and performance measures to support employee development and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deploy execution playbooks and practical tools to standardize best practices, improve operational effectiveness, and drive adoption across teams.
  • Support performance improvement initiatives by implementing targeted development programs, monitoring performance outcomes, and partnering with managers to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Sales Management, Salesforce Effectiveness or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of sales force productivity, field force execution, performance management, sales analytics, and commercial effectiveness principles.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sales capability programs, onboarding frameworks, coaching systems, learning initiatives, and performance improvement interventions.
