Design and implement sales capability programs to improve field force effectiveness
Lead training and coaching initiatives aligned with commercial priorities
Develop and embed best-in-class sales frameworks and tools
Optimize route-to-market strategies to strengthen distribution and coverage
Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvements
Monitor and evaluate program impact to ensure continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Capability Manager should have:

Proven experience in sales capability, training, or commercial excellence within FMCG
Strong understanding of route-to-market and field sales operations
Experience managing or working closely with sales teams
Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives
