Work Setup / Location: Hybrid (temporary arrangement) – Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and surpass individual revenue targets
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and contractual documents
- Lead negotiations and close deals in collaboration with the engineering team
- Deliver against quarterly and annual business development goals
- Source and generate leads through outreach activities, events, marketing initiatives, and trade shows
- Design, implement, and manage effective business development campaigns and strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of solid Business Development experience, preferably in custom software development (not hardware-focused)
- Proven ability to independently own and manage end-to-end BD campaigns
- Strong background in strategy development, execution, and revenue generation
- Must be available to start immediately
