About the Role

Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Services

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Setup / Location: Hybrid (temporary arrangement) – Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and surpass individual revenue targets
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and contractual documents
  • Lead negotiations and close deals in collaboration with the engineering team
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual business development goals
  • Source and generate leads through outreach activities, events, marketing initiatives, and trade shows
  • Design, implement, and manage effective business development campaigns and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of solid Business Development experience, preferably in custom software development (not hardware-focused)
  • Proven ability to independently own and manage end-to-end BD campaigns
  • Strong background in strategy development, execution, and revenue generation
  • Must be available to start immediately
