Sales Business Development Executive

DoorBell Projects is hiring a Sales Manager in Bengaluru

We work on residential construction, home renovation and interiors, along with commercial projects such as cafes, offices, shops, clinics and other establishments.

The requirement is simple — we need someone who can bring projects.

The role involves going into the market, meeting people, developing contacts, finding out who is planning to build or renovate and converting those opportunities into business.

Someone with 3+ years of sales experience is required. Experience in construction, interiors, real estate, building materials or a similar field will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹32,500/month + incentives

Location: Bangalore

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare a 30-day plan for DoorBell Projects. The plan should explain how you would find residential and commercial projects in Bangalore and what you would do during your first 30 days.

The plan will be discussed during the face-to-face interview.

This is a field sales role. We are not looking for someone who wants to sit and wait for leads. The expectation is to go out, find opportunities and bring business.
