Sales & Business Development Executive

We are a high-technology training solutions provider specializing in aviation training services. We offer comprehensive training for commercial aircraft pilots and aircrews, along with leasing and manufacturing of flight simulation training devices for all levels.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Coordinator to support our Commercial team in growing our aviation training, simulation and technology business.

The role will provide day-to-day sales and administrative support, maintain customer and sales information, coordinate internal resources, and assist the Business Development team in customer follow-up and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Commercial and Business Development team.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, contracts and other commercial documents.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and coordinate responses with relevant internal departments.
• Support the sales team in tracking opportunities, quotations, contracts, training schedules and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate internally with Training, Operations, Finance, Technical and other departments to support customer requirements.
• Conduct basic market and customer research and maintain customer/contact databases.
• Assist in arranging customer meetings, visits, conference calls and business trips.
• Support exhibitions, conferences and other marketing and business development activities.
• Assist with website, social media, marketing materials and other promotional activities when required.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline reports, meeting records and follow-up action lists.
• Support the Commercial team in other sales and business development activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Development, Customer Service, Administration or a related role would be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role requires communication with English- and Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and other digital business tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on action items independently.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Interest in the aviation, training or technology industry is an advantage.
• Willing to travel occasionally when required.
